Who this is for
Those drawn to the craft of remembrance — gathering, keeping, and carrying a loved one's story forward.
Those drawn to the craft of remembrance — gathering, keeping, and carrying a life's story forward.
Why this practice exists
Every life holds stories worth keeping, and families often have no one to help gather them before they disappear. The Legacy Path teaches restorative storytelling with consent and care.
Your companioning journey
The Legacy Path teaches restorative storytelling and remembrance. It is non-clinical companioning through story, not journalism or therapy. Here is the practice, stage by stage.

Stage 1 · Start — presence and consent
You can sit with grief, listen reflectively, and hold consent and the safekeeping of a story.
Study stage — no client work yet.
Foundation-ready and cleared for the Legacy path.

Stage 2 · Remembrance — the legacy project
You can gather a loved one's story with consent, hold the small true details that carry a life, and shape a legacy project around them.
Guided practice begins here — companioning through story within your community. It is a practice, not paid work or a referral pipeline.
Legacy Practitioner — ready for the memorial.

Stage 3 · The remembrance society — carrying together
You can build and steward a small remembrance society that meets across years, keeping stories without burning out its keepers.
Practice deepens here through ongoing remembrance circles. It is a practice, not paid work or a referral pipeline.
Trusted to steward a remembrance society.

Stage 4 · Guide credential — where next
You can carry a complete remembrance practice — interview, archive, ceremony, and handover — with consent and care.
A full companioning practice is a practice, not paid work or a referral pipeline. Nothing here promises income, placements, or roles.
Everlight Story Guide — ready for the Guide path.
