Who this is for

Companions ready to lead remembrance gatherings and mentor newer companions.

Companions ready to carry their practice into the world — start, package, market, partner, and build membership circles ethically.

Why this practice exists

A practice endures when it is carried forward. The Guide Path trains companions to lead circles and gatherings, sustain themselves, and mentor the next companions within a clear scope.

Your companioning journey

The Grief Business track is for companions ready to carry their practice into the world. It is the carrying-into-the-world stage — start, package, market, partner, and sustain. Here is the practice, stage by stage.

  1. Start — starting a grief practice ethically

Stage 1 · Start — starting a grief practice ethically

You can begin a grief practice on an ethical foundation — scope, consent, boundaries, and the ethics of charging.

Study stage — no client work yet.

    Cleared to package your offerings.

  2. Packaging offerings — what you offer

Stage 2 · Packaging offerings — what you offer

You can package 1:1 companioning, grief circles, and workshops into clear, sustainable offerings.

Guided practice begins here — shaping offerings within scope. It is a practice, not a promise of income or placement.

Grief Practice Builder — ready to market.

  3. Partnering — hospice, funeral homes & community

Stage 3 · Partnering — hospice, funeral homes & community

You can partner with hospice, funeral homes, and community organisations — complementing clinical care, never replacing it.

Practice deepens here through partnerships. It is a practice, not a promise of income or placement.

Trusted to partner with community organisations.

  4. Practice credential — where next

Stage 4 · Practice credential — where next

You can carry a complete, ethical grief practice — offerings, marketing, partnerships, and membership circles — into your community.

A grief practice is a practice, not a promise of income or placement. Nothing here guarantees revenue, clients, or roles.

Everlight Grief Practice Builder — the practice is what you carry.

Practice life

A carrying practice — the practice is what you carry, and what you help others learn to carry.

Completing a path earns an internal Everlight Academy credential. It is not clinical licensure, ordination, or a government qualification. Companioning is non-clinical; clinical care is referred onward. It is not a promise of paid work, placements, or referrals — income and results are not guaranteed.
